Single Arch Rubber Joint are reinforced by a fabric and flat-shaped pieces of rubber wood joints, loose set of metal flange or threaded pipe flanges, used in pipe vibration noise reduction, compensation displacement connector. It is a highly flexible, high air tightness, chemical resistance and weather resistance of the pipe joints. Divided by shape: Concentric other tracks, concentric reducer, eccentric reducer.
According to the structure is divided into: single ball, double ball, elbow sphere. By connector into: flanged, threaded, threaded pipe flange connection. By work pressure points: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa five grades. Standard: BS, ANSI, JS, DIN standard, ect.

Description:
DIN Standard Rubber Joint also called Single Expansion Joint, pipe shock absorber, flexible connector etc. Standard Expansion Joint is composed of inner layer, Nylon cord fabric enhancement layer,rubber sphere and metal flange. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good flexiblity, big displacement, balance pipeline deviation, absorbing vibration, standard effect to reduce noise, easy installation.
Application:
Single Arch Rubber Joint can be widely used in water supply and drainage, water circulating, HVAC, fire control, paper making, pharmacy, petroleum chemical industry, shipping, water pump, compressor, air blower etc.
Common type(air, compress air, sea water, oil, acid) :－15℃～115℃, special type(strong acid, strong alkali solid materials) :－30℃～250℃
Common type used to convey from -15 to 115 centigrade air, compressed air, water, sea water, oil, acid and alkali.
Special type used to -30--250 centigrade over medium or oil, strong alkali acid concentration, solid-state materials.
