Two-piece ball valve is available in full port or standard port design. The body is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, trim (ball and stem) is 316SS. The valve is Fire Tested with TFM seats providing superior high temperature performance and chemical Resistance. It can be equipped with a manual handle or with pneumatic or electric actuators. A full range of accessory items is available including limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners and manual override devices.
Specific sealing structure of valve. Double elastic seal ring or V shaped groove seal ring structure design to make sure sealing reliablity.
Automatic pressure relief structure.
Reliable sealing of valve rod. The rod adopts downward installation structure with back sealing. The sealing force will increase together with the heightening of medium pressure, which ensure the sealing reliablity.
Fire resistant structure. Ball valve can be designed with fire resistant structure according to standard API 607, which can avoid serious leakage when the soft seal ring burnt out on fire.
Anti-static structure. The anto static design can avoid static sparkle between the ball and the base.
Locking device. Locking structure is designed on the full open and full close spots of manual ball valves to avoid abnormal open / close operation or misoperation.
Full bore structure and reduced bore structure.
