First of all, the screw rubber joints is made up of a rubber ball and two metal parallel flexible joints. This kind of screw soft connection is mainly used for connection of steel pipe, copper pipe and high pressure. For thread machining accuracy and surface roughness, we demand high pressure pipe lathe.
Second, the damage to the screw rubber joint is smaller than that of the other rubber joints, and the less damage is owing to the size of its model. The size of the screw rubber joints is small, and the maximum size of the screw rubber joints can only be DN80 when it is made, so in terms of pressure resistance, the screw rubber joints can be completely above the pressure in the pipe. This makes the silk screw rubber joint hardly burst and absorb.
Finally, we need to pay attention when installing the rubber joint. Please put the pipe fittings at the two ends to be connected on the horizontal plane first. When installing, we need to twist the thread screw structure in one piece of pipe fittings and then twist the other piece of fittings. Always remain on the horizontal plane to prevent uneven force during installation resulting in tearing rubber joints. Then tighten the thread with a hand or wrench to secure the ends of the rubber connector box to objects that are not easy to stretch or twist.
