Rubber joint is composite rubber tube formed by vulcanization at high temperature and high pressure, combined with a metal flange or a loose sleeve of a parallel joint. Generally made of inner rubber layer, reinforced layer which has multi-layer scraping nylon cord fabric, medium rubber layer, outer rubber layer, end reinforcement metal ring or steel ring. This product utilizes the advantages of rubber such as high elasticity, high gas, medium resistance, weathering resistance and radiation resistance, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipe and compensate for the thermal expansion and cold shrinkage caused by the change of temperature.
The good self-sealing effect of rubber joint depends on the pressure of the medium in the pipe to the rubber gasket, the greater pressure, the better sealing performance. In order to prevent the leakage of medium in rubber joint without pressure, the inner diameter of the rubber ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe end interface, and the rubber ring has a pretightening force on the end tube interface, which can prevent the leakage of the medium when the pressure is free. Compared with the flange, the larger the pipe diameter, the higher pressure, the more outstanding advantages.
Rubber joint pipe connection is flexible, there is a gap between flange and pipe end, the pipe can have a little movement in the flange connection. Therefore, two adjacent end tubes of Xinli rubber joint are allowed to have a certain angle. After the connection of steel pipe, there is a gap between the ends of the two pipes, which allows the pipe to move axially, which can adapt to the expansion and contraction of the pipe and reduce the mechanical vibration by more than 70%.
