Difference between fabric compensator and rectangular compensator

Fabric compensator is made of many kinds of materials, such as silica gel cloth, fluorine cloth, polytetrafluoroethylene, alkali free glass fiber cloth, super fine glass cotton, aluminum silicate cotton and so on.

 Fabric compensator is mainly used in long distance pipeline compensation of pulverized coal pipeline and long distance pipeline compensation of gas pipe in power plant. Xinli’s non-metal fabric compensator is also called air duct fabric compensator and non-metal air duct fabric expansion joint, mainly using high wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant flexible fabric materials, so it also called non-metallic fabric compensator.

 The non-metallic fabric compensator can absorb the displacement and vibration of the pipe caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction especially in the large diameter rectangular secondary air duct. Because these air duct gases usually have a certain high temperature, they must be made of high temperature resistant materials, such as silica gel skin, fluorine rubber skin and so on.

 B: Rectangular compensator

Rectangular compensator is widely used in the inlet and outlet of central air conditioning pump, fire pump and daily feed pump which effectively reduces the main engine vibration, absorbs the pipe noise, protects the equipment and prolongs the service life of the equipment.

 It effectively solves the unsanitary, aging, unstable pressure resistance, easy delamination, blasting and other bad factors brought about by the old rubber soft joints, and it solves the worries of the pump room.

 Advantages: durable, high temperature, high pressure, anti-corrosion, environmental protection and so on.

Application scope: all kinds of pump, valve, air compressor inlet and outlet; all kinds of fire control pipe, air conditioning pipe, steam pipe, etc.; general factory pipe and need sanitary occasions; mechanical equipment piping, need shock absorption and compensation of thermal displacement occasions; Domestic water pipe and the need for flexible connection of the occasion.

The rectangular compensators are arranged next to the fixed support, and then immediately followed by the two guide supports at a distance of 4Dg or 14Dg to prevent their axial instability. The steam directly buried pipeline is supported or guided by thermal insulation materials and outer steel pipes, and the hot water pipe is mainly controlled by soil and sand layer.
